Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. One of the traditions is to dip apples into honey to ask for sweet New Year or eat a round challah to symbolize the year will never end. Honey is used for many desserts during Rosh Hashanah.
We made mini honey cakes for family and friends to celebrate the New Year.
